Tickets and Passes

All tickets and passes purchased for Dance Casa Festival are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. You must present a valid ticket or pass to gain entry to the festival grounds.

Participant Conduct

All participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow attendees, performers, staff, and volunteers. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or violence, will result in immediate expulsion from the festival grounds without refund.

Intellectual Property

The content, logo, artwork, and branding associated with Dance Casa Festival are the exclusive property of Dance Casa Festival and its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Photography and Videography

By attending Dance Casa Festival, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. Dance Casa Festival reserves the right to use these images and recordings in promotional materials without compensation to you.

Liability Waiver

Attendees participate in Dance Casa Festival at their own risk. Dance Casa Festival, its affiliates, sponsors, vendors, performers, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during the festival.

Alcohol and Substance Policy

Alcohol consumption and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the festival grounds. Any individual found in violation of this policy will be removed from the premises and may be subject to legal action.

Accessibility

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
